What You’ll Do

As an intern, you’ll get your hands dirty (literally and figuratively) with real projects that matter. Here’s what your summer might look like:

• Research Assistance: Dive into scientific studies, collect data, and analyze trends.

• Field Work & Drone Ops: Get out in the field to help with surveys, data collection, and even drone flights.

• Technical Support: Help set up, maintain, and troubleshoot scientific equipment.

• Data Management: Use software tools to enter, clean, and manage large data sets.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with seasoned professionals to push forward project goals.

• Learning & Growth: Attend training sessions and continuously level up in ag tech and applied science.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to check every box below, but the more you hit, the more you’ll thrive in this role:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (major in science, engineering, agriculture, or tech preferred)

• Genuine interest in agricultural technology

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well in teams (and on your own)

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts

• Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to jump in

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Elgin, Nebraska during summer 2026
