Harvest Update & What’s Coming Next: A Quick Check-In
Do You Think You Might Have an MPCI Claim?
If you’re considering whether you might have an MPCI (Multi-Peril Crop Insurance) claim, don’t delay in reaching out. While it’s tempting to “wait and see,” getting in touch early is key. The sooner you notify us, the smoother the process will be. Late claims can still be processed, but they tend to be trickier. So, if you have any concerns, we’re here to help guide you through it.
PRF Deadline is Coming Up!
A quick reminder: the deadline for the PRF (Pasture, Range, and Forage) program is fast approaching — the end of November is right around the corner. If you need any clarification or help with your coverage, Tiffany and Rachelle are ready and eager to assist. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if anything is unclear, and they’ll be happy to help.
Ready to Report Your Production?
As harvest winds down, it’s time to get those production numbers in. If you need assistance with bin measurements or submitting your production reports, we’re here to help. The sooner you can get those reports to us, the smoother the process will be for everyone involved. We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to get everything squared away and ensure a seamless transition into the next steps.
A Tough Year for Marketing Grains
This has been one of the most challenging years for marketing grains that I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve been keeping a close eye on the commodity markets, and it’s been nothing short of frustrating — probably one of the toughest years in the past 15. Many of you have probably felt the same way. But we’re in this together, and I’m hopeful that brighter days are ahead. The worst may be behind us, and we’ll continue to push through this tough season together.
How Can We Serve You Better?
At Midplains, we want to be more than just your insurance provider — we aim to be a trusted partner in your business. To help us do that, we’d love to hear your feedback. Is there anything we can improve on? Any new services you think would be beneficial? We’re always open to suggestions, and your input is invaluable to us. Tough conversations like these are necessary to help us work better together, and we’re here for it.
As we head into the holiday season, I also want to take a moment to express my gratitude. Happy Thanksgiving! I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of people, and I truly appreciate your trust and continued support.
Thanks again for everything. We look forward to hearing from you soon and helping with whatever you need as we move forward into the next chapter!
